Return & Exchange Policy

Captain & Carter is committed to your utmost satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not pleased with your order, we provide a seamless return and exchange policy within 10 days of receiving it.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition, with all tags still attached. The product should not have been used in any way, and the packaging must be unblemished and intact.

If you receive a defective or wrong product, we are happy to exchange it for you. Simply contact our customer service center by emailing us images of the defective/wrong product at captaincarterofficial@gmail.com or calling us at +92-343-7675422 within 10 days of delivery. Our dedicated team will review the product, and if eligible, we will provide you with an online voucher of the same value as the purchased product.

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

Items offered in Sale and Discount will NOT be entertained for exchange or return.

We encourage our customers to thoroughly review the product description and related information before making a purchase to ensure their satisfaction.

Please note that slight variations in colour or texture of the final item may occur due to differences in colour of the monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots. We want to ensure transparency and inform you that products cannot be exchanged solely based on these variations.
